Definition of Buzzworthy - "having the ability to create a buzz among people, esp. consumers"
In this case, "people = me". A song can be good and not be buzzworthy for various reasons (I heard it too much, not that great, etc).
Chances are if the song has been around for years and it was mainstream back then, it really isn't buzzworthy anymore. However, great songs that you can enjoy that not many people have heard (no matter the age of the song) would have a better shot at being buzzworthy.
