Yeah, my friends at school also thought NotGyarados was incredible.
So, I introduced them to my level 100 Starmie.
To be fair, very few water pokemon compare well to Starmie.
You don't need to be Starmie to be better than gen II Feraligatr though.
In fact, I'd probably have an easier time remembering the ones that are worse: Seaking, Azumarill... uh... Corsola?
