Lee Woo-Jin (Oldboy) - He seeks out revenge on Oh Dae-su, a man who briefly attended the same high school as him. Years later, Dae-su became a drunken reprobate, who got drunk and missed his daughter's birthday. Woo-jin had him kidnapped off the streets, and imprisoned in a hotel style room for fifteen years.
Magnanimous (Megas XLR) - He was the chairman of the Galactic Combat Championship Federation. He is based off of actor Bruce Campbell, often quoting some of his lines.
Mitsuki (The World Ends With You) - is an officer of the Reapers. The cold and crafty Mitsuki Konishi serves as the Game Master during the Beat chapter, and is one of the most powerful Reapers.
Molluck the Glukkon (Abe's Odyssey) - Molluck was completely obsessed with success- "the Glukkon way". Single-minded and highly intelligent, he was the head of his class and loyal to the family in every way. He was devoted and a true believer in the pursuit of wealth. No matter how bad things had become, he would pull it out.
Nine-Ball (Armored Core) - is the name given to the famous red-colored AC that has appeared through various installments in the Armored Core franchise, often as a testament of challenge towards players at the end or after the end of the game it appears in.
Sho Minamimoto (The World Ends With You) - Sho Minamimoto is the youngest Game Master of the Reapers in Shibuya at 18, and the second Game Master Neku battles. It is revealed he excels in all areas of leadership except one -- he will not cooperate with others.
That Man (Guilty Gear)- He is the creator of the Gears and a sought-out target by most of the Guilty Gear cast. He is also knowledgeable in most of the events taking place in the series' continuity dating all the way back to the Crusades.

William Birkin (Resident Evil) - was a top biologist working for the Umbrella Corporation and was responsible for the discovery of the G-virus and development of the G-virus project. After his mutation into G, Birkin went after the U.S.S. team that stole his samples and chased them into the sewers.
