If you leave it at drive-thru, that's one thing. But everything on there can be found in a food court. >_>
EDIT: Actually... All of those can be gotten through a drive-thru, too.
i have not once in my life seen a drive-thru Asian place
nor any place that sells hot dogs or grilled fish, drive-through or food court.
(salad isn't fast food for an entirely different reason, sandwiches is too vague - i've never seen a food court or drive through deli, but I have seen Subway in food courts before)
