Places like Sbarro in food courts and Fazoli's for drive-thrus make pizza count as fast food, I'd argue. And that's not even counting that places like Pizza Hut have drive-thrus where you can order a slice, and Little Caesar's has "Hot n' Ready" pizzas, etc.
