pizza 100% is a fast food. that ain't one that i'd say shouldn't be there!
salads though i probably wouldn't count. sure you can get it quickly but it doesn't really fit the same image as the others. unsure how the grilled options work there too. fried chicken, sure. that's KFC, Popeye's, Bon Chon, etc. fried fish i guess you guys have some outside of nyc. but... grilled? not so much! japanese and chinese i'd put more under the small scale restaurant than fast food joint. most of the food gets made live like any other restaurant.
