Let me start by saying that had Lill not come back into the game after being voted out in episode 3, she would be at least 150 spots higher than this. I really liked her in those first three episodes. She was a heroic and true underdog and tried her damnedest in both challenges and at camp. And I was excited when she was voted back in. However, once she returned to the game, it was just awful thing after awful thing. She got Savage voted out. She helped get Rupert voted out. She took the harder person to beat to the end. And she did it all with that stupid pouty face on. And the whole storyline about whether or not it is ethical for her to lie while wearing a scout uniform was just annoying.
364. Semhar Tadesse (South Pacific, 18th place)
Just when you thought Wendy couldn't be topped as the most obvious first boot ever, along comes Semhar, and I'm pretty sure that the minute the South Pacific cast was revealed, 95% of fans were sure that she'd be the first one gone. And it came true. And let's look at her ride, shall we? Minutes into episode 1 she's already being incredibly annoying with her poetry, yet Ozzy and pals seem to gravitate towards her because she is young and has boobs. Even after she completely blows the first immunity challenge (and b****es about it), Ozzy still wants to keep her around, contrary to his usual "keep the strong, eliminate the weak" mentality. But Jim sees through Ozzy and knows he just wants to take her to the end as a goat, so he pushes for her elimination. And then in her Redemption Island duel against Christine, she began saying poetry in the middle of a life-or-death challenge, much to the bemusement of the spectators. Even Coach rolls his eyes at her. You know you're awful when the guy who wrote a poem to recite at tribal council just minutes before he was blindsided rolls his eyes at you for reciting poetry.
363. Brook Geraghty (Vanuatu, 18th place)
Here's another awful first boot. Going into my recent Vanuatu rewatch, I didn't remember too much about Brook either, other than I remember being very happy that he was the first person voted out. Brook looks like a douchebag and he remained one for his entire three days on the island. He formed an alliance that clearly didn't have the numbers, and, thinking that four was a larger number than five, was a dick to the people in the majority alliance, resulting in his immediate departure. I do give him a little credit though for being a superfan, even though I never ever would have pegged him as one.
