I really don't remember anything Erin did. For some reason she was the least-liked person in her alliance (which is odd considering Penny was in it). She was okay in the challenges, and was kind of smart strategically, but I can't really put a finger on her personality.
I can remember her talking a bit, mainly because her voice is pretty distinct. But she really didn't have much of a unique personality. She seemed to just say really regular things in a not so excited manner.
