A surprising amount of people. I actually know several people who have accounts on places like Ok Cupid and Adult Friend Finder, and have used those accounts successfully to hook up with people quite a few times.
I actually met my wife on OK Cupid. She was definitely in the minority (as in, people who weren't disgusting) on that site, though.
