All the cannibal jokes aside, "You are what you eat" means that what you eat reflects on you as a person. I could probably stand some improvement, myself.
If I'm a vegan, how does that reflect on me? I see myself as having the moral highground and being more compassionate than carnivores but I want your opinion.
