So I saw him today. I was getting into the car before work today and he was standing outside of his house with the other dude that was there that day. He was wearing the sunglasses again. I just sat in the car staring at him for a good 15 seconds before leaving... He just looked at the ground the entire time, never moving his head.
I win.
(I have no idea what I would have done if he actually returned the gaze)
