Audino is a good elimination, I guess, but y'all done goofed by eliminating Maractus.
Hmmm... Audino is cute I guess, but not really cute enough to grab my attention this gen. Come to think of it I've never been wild about the big pink cuddly-looking pokémon like Chansey or Wigglytuff. About the only one of that sort that does it for me is Clefairy. I do like a scary amount of tiny cuddly-looking pokémon though, oddly (more than I'd care to name).
Maractus... I don't actually dislike it, but I obviously don't like it much either. It's only crime is not being a stand-out Grass-type pokémon in a generation filled with a lot of useful, or at the very least cool/cute-looking Grass types. I mean, in a field (lol field) with your Whimsicotts, Virizions, Ferrothorns, the entire Snivy and Sewaddle lines, and Lilligant (which in my completely honest opinion is better in about every way) Maractus just kind of fades into the background. It might be better than Amoonguss, but imo the Sages should have outlasted it.

I definitely won't argue that Maractus isn't all that useful; heck, it's not even the most useful cactus in the series. >_> For whatever reason, though, I really love its design - it has an unusually surreal look to it, particularly its shiny form. Seriously, this thing looks absolutely awesome.
Though yes, Pansage and Simisage should absolutely be in this thing still. They're definitely my favorite elemental monkeys.
