ideally it's something you like too and can talk about
if not either pretend you know it or ask her about it
you don't have to sleep with her the first time you talk to her, just get her excited to see you every time she goes to the laundromat
after 3 or 4 times just hanging out while you wait for your clothes, offer to walk her home or something and then see if she wants to get a cup of coffee
from there you're on your own
