They went for different brandings pretty hard, GAME is everywhere, highstreets and malls and department stores.
While the only Gamestations I've spotted have been on the highstreets though I guess malls must have a few of them. But yeah, they just want to have one brand be for the parents who buy games for their kids and one for "gamers", oh and it totally worked out for them.
