The two statements are hardly mutually exclusive.
Hell, a good bit of Rock's badassery comes from Geese! (Geese also needs to be in WAY more games than he's currently in, he should be a mandatory extra character in KoF games.)
They are 100% mutually exclusive. Rock is such a mockery of his badass dads that liking him indubitably means you think one or both of his dads is a joke.
