If it makes you feel any better, the one I "stole" had actually been in the Lost and Found for like 2 months, which is apparently near the time when its up for grabs if no-one has claimed it, i just got in there first. And yes, i would be giving away my old one anyway.
The Gameboy SP I have was in my stores lost and found for like, a week or so before I took it >_>
