More specifically, that if visibility is bad enough to have your wipers on, your headlights must also be on.

People failing to do this is the most common cause of accidents during inclement weather because people pull out in front of them, not seeing any lights.

A car with automatic daytime running lights is not an excuse. Your full lights need to be turned on.

Now, why the f*** is this not what cops are pulling people over for? It seems like half the people on the road on a rainy day have their heads so far up their asses that they have no idea that they need to flip the god damn switch and put their lights on. They are what cause accidents. Yet the cops sit around, waiting to pull people over who pull illegal U-turns or are speeding.

TURN YOUR F***ING LIGHTS ON.
