not only can games get leaked early but nintendo of america is balls as always and is releasing the game a few days later than nintendo of europe(wasn't bad enough that nintendo of america chose not to localize any of the other good games that should have come out this year, leaving the wii with a 2 year drought before the U drops)
it's amazing that americans continue to buy nintendo products.
