If you scale everything up evenly, it won't make any difference other than bigger point totals. It won't make those lower end votes any more significant.
A game is in 20th on 1 list now = 6 points, a game is in 25th on 5 lists = 5 points
If five points are added to everything, you then gets:
A game is in 20th on 1 list = 11 points, a game is in 25th on 5 lists = 30 points
