For the record, I tabulated a potential bonus for total lists, and it doesn't change anything. There aren't any games in contention for the top 25 that are being voted highly by a small number of people and not being voted on by a lot of others.
There are 27 games with 9+ votes on the top 25, and not surprisingly, they have the top 27 point totals! And the two that are on the outside looking in at the moment are the two with the least total votes out of the 27.
