Exactly, he exists across multiple worlds, so you can't say that The Stand and The Dark Tower are the same world.
The only tie in between the two are King (aside from Flagg of course), so that's the only credible evidence.
Not saying that this is 100% right, but it's the only evidence we have if you were going to try and make a timeline of... Flagg events, I guess.
