Goldeneye.
Off the top of my head...
TWINE - Actually a decent game for the time, basically a ripoff of Goldeneye for the most part. Suffered from inferior level design among other problems. But it had bots and a few fun levels and weapons.
Agent Under Fire / Nightfire - Solid for play with drunken friends. Whichever one had the jetpacks around the town was the better one.
Everything or Nothing - Decent single player IIRC but forgetable multiplayer.
Goldenye: Rogue Agent - Didn't try it
