Sonic Unleashed (admittedly werehog is terrible, but the not-werehog levels are great)
To be fair, most people say the Sonic sucking started from Shadow the Hedgehog, so you can throw out Advance, Advance 3, and Rush. And Unleashed isn't exactly "great". "good" maybe.

Sonic 2006
Sonic and the Secret Rings
Sonic and the Black Knight
so depending on how you view Unleashed it's either 4 vs 2 or 5 vs 1 since Shadow.
