Evangeline has a spell that creates a 150-square foot area of absolute zero temperatures. She can use this at long range. Why wouldn't that work on Chad?
That was me reading her description... didn't know the actual effect of the spell... that might be broken by El Directo... but idk... not enough and Sado has no chance anyway
