no one occupies the house but its currently a pigsty
theres trash every where, its dusty as ****, and theres books everywhere
my dad was apparently a hoarder
we've been cleaning it for the past week. My mom is gonna move in. Its currently under me, my lil bro's, my mom and my dad's name, they planned on giving it half and half to me and my bro but he passed before we could do that. Thats an entirely different issue altogether cause we have no idea where he put the documents
so yea, mom was gonna move in so she didn't waste money renting a house anymore
