I don't know why they call this an extended cut. As far as I'm aware, there's only been one added scene so far, and it was just of Hal's childhood, which was lame. Since then, I don't recall seeing anything new, and I just got past Hal confronting Hector in the lab.
Hopefully there's more coming up that isn't just more crappy human scenes that the movie ALREADY had too much of.
At least I get a Sinestro Corps skin for Arkham City.
