still, one gripe i have about hfcs is that corn is genetically engineered to resist a certain pesticide commonly used. roundup. and the corn ends up building a nice tolerance, but the stuff still gets absorbed into the corn. the corn gets processed but some of the roundup remains and eventually reaches us.
and when you consider what all has hfcs...by no means a complete list...

it gets a bit out of hand. i personally feel that both hfcs and sugar of any sort should be used in moderation, but when hfcs, or corn products in general are in virtually everything, it is a bit hard to limit...
