All 3 of them will probably get new openings at the normally scheduled time in October.
Naruto just finished the Five Kage Summit arc and they're doing a bit a filler now before moving on Bee training Naruto which the current opening still covers
Bleach really depends on how long this filler arc goes for. All the captains started fighting the final boss, but Ichigo is still trapped in no mans land and you know it won't end until he gets in on the action. Definitely won't be a new opening until they do the timeskip unless they do another long filler arc after this one
One Piece just finished the Sabo flashback and begins the rest of what happens tonight. I imagine each straw hat will get their own training episode as well as all the stuff leading up to Luffy's training it'll easily take until October to get all that covered.
Fairy Tail's just the exception because it does new openings every 13 episodes
