tsk, tsk, tsk, Jeff Hardy, I love dishing out concussions and Anderson wrestling anyway with em, WWE copying TNA.

Not that "but TNA did it too" is a valid defense, but I'll go ahead and bite on this anyway.

TNA at least presented it as an issue of contention, and emphasized that Hardy and Bischoff were clearly in the wrong for intentionally injuring and forcing him to wrestle with an injury. Matt Morgan then brought notice to the fact that it's easy to get ONE doctor to clear you and that Anderson was probably not good to go, despite being "cleared." The point is, it was a debated point, whereas the debate on Orton consisted of Teddy Long saying "You can't wrestle TODAY but try back in four days once your doctor says its okay" and that was pretty much the end of it.

As for Robert Roode, I missed that PPV or episode of Impact so I can't comment on it. Sorry! In any case, I believe his injury was arm/shoulder related and that's not AT ALL on the same level as brain injuries that we're talking about here.
