I never said RSE had only bad Pokemon. I feel RSE has awesome final starters, Aggron is badass, Swellow, Shiftry, Ludicolo, Manectric, Flygon. But things like Masquerain, Nosepass, Dustox, Luvdisk, Barboach, Whismur, Shroomish, Azurill, Mawile, Volbeat, Illumise, Lileep, Snorunt, Clamperl, Huntail are among the worst Pokemon ever designed.
Hey! Masquerain is awesome, even if it is one of three part-flying types in my HeartGold team incapable of learning Fly. (The others are Mantine and Jumpluff iirc)
And if we're only going by designs, only two or three among the ones you mentioned are that bad.
Nosepass is weird, but it isn't that bad compared to Probopass. Luvdisk was original and not something like a pile of sludge for once, and would've been awesome with an evolution.
Barboach, Whismur (kinda), Shroomish, and Snorunt all evolve into badass pokemon
