Slugma? Huh, never imagined that. Magcargo is pretty cool though.
Also Pokerus spreads to the rest of your Pokemon pretty quickly, so they'll all have it soon if they don't already.
Also I suggest getting a Pokemon you don't want, let it catch Pokerus, then put it in your PC so you always have the virus to spread to other Pokemon you want to use later.
That's what I'm doing.
