There aren't any patch notes.
And you can't just 'lock them down' easily. Wright is one of the least-mobile characters in the game. Anything he does to try and catch the enemy is going to be very predictable. Try 'locking down' a teleporting Vergil - its essentially impossible. There's nothing to say that they're just going to only repeatedly super jump. They have options.
