Not necessarily; there was another run where sig was beasting it for the first 60 or so stars, got cannonless first try, and just screwed up Tall Tall Mountain really bad.
He could have messed up still, but in any run before that you could say he was "beasting" he still wasn't doing nearly as good as the run he pulled off today. He went up a minute earlier than he ever has. He lost 40 seconds in Rainbow Ride and still beat the WR by 40 seconds.
