The kneading thing is how they got milk from their mother. If they do it to you, it's essentially them saying they feel as comfortable around you as they did with their mother when they were little.

So it's a good thing and you probably shouldn't try stopping them too much. It can kind of hurt though if they get too into it, so stopping after it starts to hurt is okay >.>
