Vin definitely will gain an advantage from Doom's armor and Atium will keep her alive let her land some big blows in the like 30 seconds to a minute that it lasts. But I don't see her beating him in that time and afterwards she will have pissed off doom at which point he has way to many weapons for her to deal with.
