Awww yeah Trauma Center. I somehow am good enough to S rank every operation (including the X ones) on the first DS one, but I sucked at most of the subsequent ones.
Just a tip for kyriaki and paraskevi, abuse the gel. They don't really point it out well, but that stuff keeps vitals from dropping from blood loss (or slows it to like, less than 1/10 the speed) and slightly heals. It helps on those two especially because the cuts are gonna be a huge thing you're dealing with for losing vitals, so between more or less every tool switch, you should always try and do a good two circles of gel splattered over anywhere on cuts.
The effect lasts long enough to give two full injections, so if you alternate between healing and gel, you can always recover about 15~20 vitals, and alternating between gel and whatever else you need makes it so that the only damage ever done is when the cuts are caused. So, all you need to do is gel/inject until you have enough of a cushion of vitals to survive the mandatory cuts.
