Just curious, what makes you say it'll be more like the comics? The only detail I can see that's true of is the mechanical web shooters.
Raimi's over-the-top style, especially in Spider-Man 2, looks more like the comics to me than the serious teen angst tone of this trailer.
Still, this looks good, but the comics don't really have a lot to do with it.
