You seriously think Spider-Man 3 is better? rofl. That movie was embarrassing to watch.
It was mediocre, and had a lot of it ruined by Sony, but the parts that Raimi managed to keep intact to his wishes were still amazing so it at least balanced out, and the first two were top tier.
