Unfortunately, many parts of Europe and Asia are still really racist and think of black people as sub-humans. The stuff soccer fans outside England and Ireland often say about black players will put what this chick said to shame, too. It's really sad.
Except Europeans aren't racist towards black people. That's an American problem.
We spend our time being racist towards Muslims and Eastern Europeans instead.
