As dangerous as the internet can be, I highly doubt it's even half, let alone this high.

The deep web was estimated at being around 92,000 TB in 2001 (and it's undoubtedly grown so many times over since then), whereas even last year Google had only indexed around 200 TB of the internet.
Maybe I was actually underestimating the percentage.
