I dropped soda a little over a year ago and have never been keen on energy drinks. I drink coffee, but I keep it to one or two cups per day at the most, but sometimes I forget to have any. It's definitely not a big deal. I also try to drink a cup of tea (pretty much any variety) at the end of the day.
I always take care to drink a glass of water after having a cup of coffee, though.
