On Saturday I had three back spasms (located near my right rib and wrapping around to my centre back) and could barely walk, people on other boards know since I mentioned it elsewhere. Yesterday I was still pretty tight in the back and didn't want to risk it spasming again by writing (moving my right arm made my back saw). I'll write tonight since I'm feeling much better.
