You just ignore the person and move on rather than advertising the fact. I can ignore people without avoiding seeing their words. Its called "don't react to what others say if you don't want to". Otherwise if you cant help but to react to somebodies messages ONLINE where its just text that you CHOOSE to read it means you are a child because children cannot yet filter what they see before reacting to it. If you NEED horse blinders to be okay, it means you are not emotionally mature.
