Not what I meant. Like I said before there was absolutely nothing special about Kimberly or Trini, only Hip-Hopkido about Zack. Billy was a genius, and Jason was a great fighter but there were alot of great fighter Rangers that followed him...including Tommy. But by contrasts, there were other genius Rangers(Noah from Megaforce & Kam from Ninja Storm), far better Pink Rangers than Kimberly (Jen from Time Force, hell even Kim's replacement in Kat was better), and just as good leader Red Rangers as Jason (Andros & TJ), and any Yellow Ranger was better and more memorable than Trini.

Not taking away the fact that the originals popularised the show, so that it could continue. But as yourself this: if you had to assemble a 6-8 person team of Rangers from all past seasons, outside of Tommy would any of the OG Rangers make the cut?
