Granny smith are hardly even edible outside of apple pie. DorkLink posted... I like the taste of apples, but they are kind of annoying to eat and get stuck in your teeth. I know pears are similar in texture, but do they stick in your teeth as bad? I don't remember, it's been a while since I've eaten one That's honestly what I like the most about them. They're soft and don't get stuck in your teeth at all.
