The other people always seemed to start it... Her family are just predominantly Irish, maybe that's part of it? Not to sound gross or like a douche, but I more or less had my choice of 5 girls to sort of "go for" and make my girlfriend, many taking passive swipes at one-another (she was the only one who didn't).
