People would be flabbergasted if they knew how many thousands of gallons of clean water a restaurant goes through every day ~~Average of 5800 each day~~ Does it really matter, though? I mean, it's not like the water is gone forever. It just goes through the sewer system, into a treatment plant, and then gets pumped back out to be used again.
