Do you wanna be like every other slob that half asses their goals? I don't think you do, you're better than that. Going to the gym when you don't want to is exactly when you HAVE to. That's how you form unbreakable healthy habits.

Think about when you first felt really motivated to get into working out and when you first made noticeable progress and were really proud of yourself. How would that version of you feel if she saw your laziness now?

Think about your future self. Do you want to make your future self proud or disappointed?

And then from here on out, stop thinking about working out. And just go work out. Don't let yourself think about whether you want to or not. Your brain will come up with all kinds of ways to justify not going. Your brain wants to travel the path of least resistance. So don't let it even think about reasons to skip a workout. Plan when to work out ahead of time and when it's time to go, just get up and go. And pick things up and put them down.
