Topic | Why do people hate the Wii U but praise the switch |

Most of that is really just the off-TV play thing, only the Switch's attempt at that actually works because you aren't required to stay within 20 feet and a clear line of sight of the TV to take advantage of it. SilentSeph posted... I like the Wii U but sometimes I miss the gimmick-less Nintendo days like the SNES or Gamecube. Those are just the system, wires, controllers, and games. The Wii U has the Gamepad (with a less than ideal battery life), Wiimotes (which also need to be charged/have batteries replaced), Wiimote accessories (Nunchuk, Classic Controller, etc.), Pro Controller, sensor bar, GC adapter that works for only game, etc. It's a pain when different games have different controller requirements, or if you wanna take the console anywhere. Are you suggesting that the SNES and GC didn't have alternative controllers? --- This is my signature. It exists to keep people from skipping the last line of my posts. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
