The dog-human relationship is called mutualism and traces back to ancient humans.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutualism_(biology)

mutualism is when two species cooperate for survival and it's not necessarily a socialized trait.

Many animals other than humans experience mutualism, and it's not something they develop through culture and society, but rather evolution and biology. As in, these animals innately help each other and evolved around each other.

Isn't it possible that the same reason we are repulsed by cannibalism is the same reason we are repulsed by eating dog? A violation and betrayal of our biology, because dogs are a brother species

The cow-human connection is based on religion and nothing else

I don't understand why people are applying cultural relativism to eating dogs
